The BC Independent Investigation Bureau has been called in to look into the circumstances surrounding the death of a man while he was in custody in Surrey at the weekend. According to police reports, the man was arrested in connection with an investigation into a domestic attack last Friday. Craig Watson, 39, was found seriously injured in the Whitevale Gardens in Denistun shortly after midnight on Sunday morning, April 17th.
